CONSUMER:
Any individual placing an order through Keter.tools. By placing an order, the customer accepts this agreement and the website’s Terms and Conditions.

How to Place an Order

Orders are accepted 24/7 via:

  • The “Order” button on the product page
  • Filling in delivery details
  • Selecting a payment method

After placing the order, the customer receives an email confirmation, which signifies that the contract is concluded.

Business days – Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Payment Methods

Keter.tools offers the following payment options:

✔ Cash on Delivery
Pay upon receiving the shipment. This is the most preferred method.

✔ Bank Transfer
Orders are shipped after payment is received in the Supplier’s account.

✔ Card / Virtual POS Payment
Instant payment through a secure payment portal.

If the payment is declined or unsuccessful, the order will not be processed.

Delivery

We deliver to any location in Bulgaria via:

  • Speedy
  • Econt
  • Own transport (for large orders)

International deliveries are only available by prior arrangement.

✔ Delivery Timeframes:

  • Orders placed before 13:00 are shipped within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped within 2–3 business days
  • Delays may occur during public holidays, extraordinary situations, or insufficient stock

✔ Delivery Cost:

  • Free delivery for orders over BGN 200
  • For smaller orders – cost according to the courier’s rates

Inspection Upon Receipt

Upon receiving the order, the customer has the right to:

✔ Inspect the shipment
✔ Check for external damage or missing items

In case of issues:

  • Note the problem on the delivery note
  • Take a photo
  • Notify Keter.tools

If the customer accepts the shipment without notes, it is considered delivered in proper condition.

Returns and Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 days without giving a reason.

Conditions:

  • Product in original condition
  • No signs of use
  • Complete with all parts and accessories
  • With receipt or invoice

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The amount is refunded within 30 days after the returned product is received.

Warranty

All Keter products come with a commercial warranty of 1 to 25 years, specified on the product page.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Mechanical impacts
  • Improper use
  • Wear from normal use

In case of a defect, a complaint form must be completed, and the product is sent for evaluation.

Order Limitations and Refusal

Keter.tools may refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

  • Incorrect information
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Suspicion of misuse
  • Technical error in price or stock

If payment has already been made, it will be fully refunded.
