Terms and Conditions

Deliveries are made exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, with the exception of Bulgarian diplomatic missions, ships, airplanes, and other areas that are considered Bulgarian territory under international law.

At Keter.tools’ discretion, deliveries abroad may also be arranged. In such cases, the customer must pay the full order amount and shipping costs in advance via bank transfer to the address of their choice.


Delivery Methods

Keter.tools offers three options for receiving goods:

Free delivery within Bulgaria is available for orders above a certain value.

  • Speedy
  • Econt

In-store pickup at a location chosen by the customer.


Delivery Cost

Free delivery within Bulgaria is provided for orders with a value of:

  • Over 200 € including VAT – for retail customers

Exceptions

  • Deliveries via Econt are always at the customer’s expense, regardless of the order value.

Orders Below the Minimum Value

For orders under 100 €, the customer pays the courier service according to the rates of the chosen courier company.
Exact pricing information can be provided by the operator when confirming the order.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered within up to 2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered within up to 3 business days.

Keter.tools makes every effort to meet delivery deadlines but is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond the company’s control (public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, courier restrictions, etc.).


Reasons for Delay or Inability to Deliver

Order fulfillment may be affected by:

  • Lack of availability of one or more items. In such cases, a replacement or alternative solution will be offered.
  • Delayed or incomplete payment when choosing bank transfer or a digital payment method.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information, missing phone number, or invalid/unreachable contact.

If issues occur due to the fault of Keter.tools, all additional costs are covered by the store.
In other cases, any reshipping costs are charged to the recipient.


Conditions for Delivery of the Shipment

Shipments are handed personally to the recipient against a signature.
For large shipments (at the courier’s discretion), delivery is made to the building entrance.

In case personal delivery is not possible:

  • Business address – the shipment can be received by an employee, with their name and position recorded.
  • Home address – the shipment can be received by a household member, with their name and relationship to the recipient recorded.

In Case of Unsuccessful Delivery

  • On the first attempt, if no one is available at the address, the courier will leave a notice with a contact phone number. The customer must get in touch within 3 business days to arrange a new delivery attempt.
  • If a second delivery attempt fails due to the customer’s fault, the contract is automatically terminated, and Keter.tools has the right to retain all amounts paid as a penalty.

In the case of an unjustified refusal to accept the shipment, the store may also terminate the contract and retain the amounts paid.


In-Store Pickup

When choosing the “In-Store Pickup” option, the customer declares that the goods will be collected only at the selected physical store location.
