General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract for distance selling and regulate the rights and obligations of users of the Keter.tools website, owned by EEG ENGINEERING LTD (UIC 131481579), hereinafter referred to as the SUPPLIER, and all users/customers, hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT.

By accessing the Keter.tools website, the user confirms that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Any active action (clicking, navigating, registering, placing an order) or passive behavior after loading the website constitutes electronic consent.

The SUPPLIER provides, via Keter.tools, a specialized online platform for trading KETER brand products, including suitcases, organizers, tables, ladders, modular storage systems, and other storage solutions.

Definitions

  • Website: The collection of internet pages accessible via the Keter.tools domain.
  • User: Any person using the website.
  • Client: A user who has registered or placed an order.
  • User Profile: A dedicated section of Keter.tools containing personal data and order history.
  • Retail Client (B2C): Purchases products at retail prices.
  • Wholesale Client (B2B): Purchases products at wholesale prices.
  • Malicious Actions: Including SPAM, HACK, CRACK, viruses, sabotage, etc.
  • Other terms such as Interface, Platform, Browser, Electronic Link, Information System, Random Event, and IP address follow standard definitions.

Terms of Use

The SUPPLIER provides the Keter.tools platform for purchasing KETER products under a distance selling contract.

The CLIENT accepts:

  • Distance Selling Agreement
  • Privacy and Cookie Policy

EEG ENGINEERING LTD is not responsible for:

  • Damage from external sites, links, or banners
  • Unauthorized access to the profile by third parties
  • Internet connectivity failures or interruptions

Personal Data Protection

Upon registration or ordering, the CLIENT provides personal data processed in compliance with GDPR and Bulgarian law.

EEG ENGINEERING LTD:

  • Collects data solely to fulfill orders
  • Does not share data with third parties except couriers and delivery partners
  • May send marketing messages with explicit consent

The CLIENT has the right to:

  • Correct their data
  • Request deletion
  • Restrict processing
  • Object to processing

Registration

Registration is free and voluntary. Users must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Comply with the law
  • Avoid malicious actions
  • Keep login credentials confidential

Registered clients can:

  • Place orders
  • Track deliveries
  • Access discounts

Disclaimer

The SUPPLIER is not responsible for:

  • Improper use of KETER products
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow manufacturer instructions
  • Damage due to incorrect storage

Delivery of Goods

  1. Methods:
  • Courier (Speedy, Econt)
  • Own transport
  • Pickup from SUPPLIER’s premises
  1. Geographic Scope:
  • Bulgaria
  • Europe (with advance payment and agreed transport costs)
  1. Free Delivery:
  • For orders over € 100
  1. Timeframes:
  • Orders before 13:00 – delivery within 2 business days
  • Orders after 13:00 – delivery within 3 business days
  1. Failed Delivery:
  • After two unsuccessful attempts, the contract is terminated and amounts may be retained as compensation.

Payment

Available methods:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit Card / Virtual POS

For bank transfer or POS, processing occurs after confirmed payment.

Prices and Availability

  • All prices are in Euro (€), including VAT
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • The client pays the price valid at the time of the order
  • Technical errors may result in order refusal
  • Availability is updated regularly but discrepancies may occur under high demand

Discounts and Promotions

  • Promotions apply only to online orders
  • Quantity discounts apply after operator confirmation

Warranty

  • KETER products have a warranty of 1–25 years, as specified per product
  • Warranty valid with receipt/invoice, warranty card (if applicable), and original packaging with serial number
  • Warranty does not cover: mechanical damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external damage

Complaints and Returns

  1. 14-Day Returns:
  • Product in original packaging
  • No signs of use
  • Preserved commercial condition
  • Return shipping at the client’s expense
  1. Warranty Claims:
  • Complaint form required
  • Proof of purchase
  • Warranty card (if applicable)
  • Processing time: up to 30 days

All content on Keter.tools is protected. Copying, distributing, processing, or publishing material without permission is prohibited.

Disputes and Complaints

Clients may file complaints via:

  • Website contact form
  • Email
  • SUPPLIER’s address

Disputes are resolved under:

  • Bulgarian legislation
  • European ODR platform (for international clients)

Additional Provisions

  • The SUPPLIER may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice
  • Mandatory legal provisions override conflicting clauses
  • Using the website constitutes acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions
